Return and Refund Policy

We at Firalli Perth understand that sometimes things don't quite work out as planned. Here's what you need to know:

Return Timeframe: You've got 30 days from when your parcel arrives to decide if it's right for you.

Getting Your Money Back: Once we receive your returns, we'll process your refunds within 10 days, straight back to the original payment method.

Postage Costs: We do ask that you cover the return postage. Best to use a tracked service so we can all keep an eye on it.

No Hidden Fees: We don't charge any restocking fees - that wouldn't be fair, would we?

Want Something Different Instead? No worries! We're happy to arrange exchanges.

How to Return Your Items

  • Give Us a Bell: Email us at info@firalli-perth.com for a return form and our address.
  • Pack It Properly: Pop everything back in the original packaging if you can, or something similarly secure.
  • Post It Back: Send it our way using your preferred shipping method (remember, you'll need to cover this cost).
  • Sit Back and Relax: Once we've checked everything's in order, we'll sort your refund or exchange.

A Few Rules

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags still attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a return. If you're unsure, just ask us.
  • If you need to cancel an order, let us know before it ships. After that, you'll need to return it once it arrives.

If Something's Not Right

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you've received something that's damaged or not what you ordered, please email us immediately at info@firalli-perth.com with the details and a photo of the issue. We promise to resolve the matter promptly - we wouldn't want you to be disappointed!

Exchanges: If you'd like a different size or colour, we're more than happy to arrange an exchange. Simply contact our customer service team, and we'll walk you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items: Remember, loves, items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Anything showing signs of wear won't be eligible for a return, I'm afraid.
